Bookings are made through the salon's online GlossGenius page. The salon is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM and on Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and it is closed on Sundays. Clients who cannot keep an appointment are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible so it can be rescheduled.
The salon offers a free 30-minute consultation, and it lets clients pay over time through Buy Now, Pay Later on bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval obtained before the appointment.
