Visits are booked by calling or texting 732-867-9962, or online through the booking widget, which also sells gift cards. New clients can book the New Client Experience, which starts at $200 and covers a consultation, the scalp and hair analysis, a hair detox, a customized shampoo and deep condition, an aquatic spa mister treatment, a trim and a style. The Deluxe version adds a scalp detox and starts at $260. Return clients can book the Return Client Experience, starting at $160, or the Deluxe version starting at $220. Clients are asked to text a current photo of their hair when booking, without braids or twists, and hair should be fully detangled and free of styles on arrival. Detangling can be added for $45 if time allows.

The menu extends to natural styling such as twistouts, fingercoils, flexirod and rodset styles, and double strand twists, each at $100. Blowouts are also $100. Relaxer services range from a relaxer halo at $40 to a virgin relaxer at $150, and protective style prep is $90. Color services include a glaze at $40 and a color retouch at $70, and a style is not included with color. Treatments include a hair detox at $20, deep conditioning at $25, hydrating and protein treatments at $35 each, and a scalp detox at $60. Skin care facials include a customizable facial, a back facial and dermaplaning. Eye and hand treatments are available as add-ons. The salon does not offer wig or weave services but prepares hair for installation.

The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 am to 7 pm, Thursday and Friday from 8 am to 7 pm, and Saturday from 7 am to 2 pm. It is closed Sunday and Monday. Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more incur a $10 late fee, and a stylist who runs 10 minutes or more behind offers a 10% discount on the style. Unconfirmed appointments are canceled with a $25 fee applied to the next booking, and same-day cancellations and no-shows carry a $50 fee. No deposit is needed to book, but after two consecutive cancellations a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service total is required for future bookings. Services are not refunded, though redo requests within 72 hours are considered at the salon's discretion.
