Services are grouped into three areas. Curly hair sessions run from a quick dry cut for returning guests to a customized cut built around each client's natural texture, plus a scalp and hair detox treatment. Braid and updo sessions cover one braid style, one updo, or hair down with waves or curls. Coloring sessions include gloss-based refreshes, a single-process color for new growth and gray coverage, partial highlights focused near the face and part line, and a full balayage or highlight service where the result can range from natural to dramatic depending on hair thickness, texture and color. A men's session combines a color touch-up or haircut with a Viking braid.

Bridal work is a major part of the studio. The Bride covers full wedding day styling, The Squad covers styling for bridal party members, and bridesmaids can book on-location services with a minimum of two services. Styling on location carries a flat travel fee of $150 within a 50-mile radius. A bridal trial run is required before a wedding day appointment. A non-refundable deposit secures bridal dates booked up to 60 days ahead, with the balance due on the day of service, and a deposit is forfeited if the bride cancels with less than 60 days' notice.

Experience sessions require a $55 deposit that goes toward the total of the service. The studio sells clean hair care products and says it uses plant-based products in its work.
