The menu covers single process color, partial and full highlights, toner and base break services, and combinations of these with a haircut or blow dry. Men's and women's cuts, bang trims, blow dries, updos and Brazilian Blowout straightening are also offered. A consultation is free and takes about 15 minutes. Services are listed with a starting price and an approximate appointment length, and combined color services are longer.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the booked services, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Gift certificates can be bought on the about page for services or products, but they are non-refundable.
Color is done with the KEVIN.MURPHY line, which the salon says is free of ammonia and PPD, uses naturally derived ingredients and recyclable packaging, and is not tested on animals.
