Studio appointments are held in a space with professional lighting and mirrors inside Ascension Salon Suites. Clients can also have the artist come to their home or venue, or book on-site and destination services, with all professional equipment and supplies brought along. Hours run from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, by appointment.

The stated mission is to enhance natural beauty and build client confidence through professional makeup and personal service. Hygiene, premium products and attention to detail are described as part of what clients can expect. The makeup is premium and long-lasting, and bridal looks are designed to hold through a full event and photograph well.

Bridal makeup and hair packages come in economy, medium and luxury levels, and each includes makeup, hair, jewelry and draping accessories. Package pricing is available on request. Jewelry setting and draping are billed separately from basic makeup and hair, and clients supply their own jewelry. A trial session with a full consultation and test run is recommended before the wedding day, and group discounts are offered for bridal parties.

Beyond weddings, the studio does party, prom and graduation, photoshoot, festival and cultural, baby shower, housewarming and anniversary makeup, and also offers men's grooming for grooms. Makeup and hair lessons cover foundation, contouring, eye makeup and application techniques, along with bridal makeup, hairstyling, color theory and business skills. A beauty academy to train South Asian makeup artists is in development.

Custom looks are tailored to each client's skin tone, features and hair type, and each look is matched to the client's outfit, theme and personal preferences.
