Appointments are open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Thursday from 1 PM to 8 PM, Friday from 12 PM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM. Monday and Sunday are closed. Online booking requires a card on file, and the no-show fee is charged to that card before another appointment can be booked. Clients who are running late are asked to call or text. Arrivals within a 10 minute grace period are accepted, while later arrivals may need to reschedule depending on availability.

Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice, and no-shows, are charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. Gift cards can be bought online from the homepage, and a physical gift card in a white envelope can be picked up in person.

Each wax appointment is aimed at being comfortable for the client, and the business is built around hard wax work.
