Every facial starts with a visual skin consultation that looks at pores, texture, tone and oiliness, and the studio then adjusts the treatment to what the skin needs that day. First-time clients arrive 15 minutes early for a skin analysis. Returning clients arrive 5 minutes early to talk through how their skin has been and how earlier treatments went. Skin imaging is used only for cosmetic consultation and is not a medical diagnosis.

Facials are grouped into standard facials, lymphatic detox treatments, signature facials, SkinCeuticals facials and Valmont facials. Prices are listed as a first-visit price, a regular price and a member price, and membership pricing applies to treatments. No membership is needed to book the first-visit Korean Aqua Deep Clean Facial, which is priced at $98 on a first visit, with skin analysis included. Most facials run 90 minutes, while the Hydro Recovery Facial and Lymphatic Awakening Journey run 60 minutes.

Payment is taken at the visit rather than online. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. For routine maintenance, the studio suggests booking the next facial 3 to 4 weeks out, or at the interval recommended for the client's skin.

Each facial is shaped by a consultation and adjusted to what the skin needs on the day. The studio works with SkinCeuticals and Valmont professional skin care lines.
