Keiana founded it around the idea that every client should feel seen, celebrated and cared for. The business describes itself as a boutique nail house for women, and it says it has more than 10 years in the chair. It serves brides, professionals and creatives across Jacksonville.

Visits are booked by appointment only, so there are no walk-ins. Each client has the chair to themselves, and appointments are never double-booked or rushed. Requests go through the website and are confirmed by Keiana by text or email, so a booking is final only once confirmed. New and returning clients are welcome, and first-time clients begin with a short consultation before any work starts. The studio is open Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 4pm.

Sets are built with premium acrylic, gel and builder systems, and shaped and lined by hand with no decals. Custom shapes and hand-painted art are included in the set price with no upcharge. Beyond sets, the menu covers classic and deluxe manicures and pedicures, acrylic toes, nail soak-offs, polish changes, nail repair, brow arches and monthly programs for regular pedicures or fills.

Sets are shaped and finished by hand, with lines painted by hand and no decals, using premium acrylic, gel and builder systems.
