Women's cuts usually take about 45 minutes or more and include a customized cut, blow-dry and style. Men's haircuts take about 30 minutes, medium or longer cuts take 45 minutes, and clipper cuts take 30 minutes. Children under 10 get a 30-minute cut, and a separate cut for ages 10 to 13 runs 60 minutes and includes a wash, cut, and dry or braids. Ouidad haircuts are performed by stylists listed as certified in that method, and they take about 75 minutes or more with curls diffused and dried to hold their shape. A no-dry version of the Ouidad cut, around an hour long, suits clients who usually air dry their curls.

Color work ranges from a root touch-up with a blow-dry to a first full-head color with a cut. Options include partial and full highlights, micro foils around the face, and bleach followed by toner. Most highlight appointments run two hours or longer, and a partial highlight covers roughly half the head. A toner or gloss can be added to any color visit in around ten minutes, and a bonding upgrade can be paired with color services. Glitter-Lites use fine tinsel that resists both dye and heat, with each piece tied onto its own hair strand. They can be booked in amounts from a set of five to a 100-strand service that takes about 150 minutes.

A 25% cancellation fee applies, and clients are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible if they need to reschedule. Several services require a deposit at booking, including bang trims, the 10 to 13 haircut, the no-dry Ouidad cut, and no-dry color, while a first-time full-head color asks new clients for a deposit. The salon is open Monday through Thursday, Friday until 5 PM, and Saturday until 2 PM, and it is closed on Sundays. Gift cards are sold.
