Color is the core of the menu. Options run from base color retouches and partial or full highlights to balayage, babylights, full ombré and blonde retouch and toning. Color correction is priced after a consultation, and the portfolio shows a correction from box black completed in one session. Extensions cover tape-in installs and removals and I tip installs, with the client supplying the extensions or tips in some cases. Smoothing services include silk presses and a keratin treatment with a detoxifying shampoo and flat iron finish.

Booking is done online through a GlossGenius page. The consultation is free and takes about 15 minutes. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and must be approved before the appointment. A 30% cancellation fee may apply to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours. The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM, Friday 9 AM to 4 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold.
