Haircuts run from a children's cut for ages 10 and under through pixie, medium, long, X-long and XX-long lengths, with clipper-and-scissor and scissor-over-comb options for very short hair. Curly cuts are done on dry hair, so clients are asked to wash the day or night before and arrive with hair air dried, and to keep hair free of ties, clips, hats, buns and wraps beforehand. Medium and long cuts carry an added charge for 4A-4C hair, depending on the time needed.

Color ranges from ammonia-free gloss tones and toning highlights to root touch-ups, all-over color, double process and Pintura highlights, which use Goldwell color with custom toner and Olaplex or Goldwell bond care. Color is priced by length, density and time, with each level including a set number of hours. Time beyond that is charged at $100 an hour, and a thick hair fee may apply to very dense hair.

Bridal options include a trial and a day-of styling appointment at the studio, and there is a separate styling service for special occasions. Drying and styling, wash-and-go styling and a hair and scalp treatment using the CurlBond Re-Coiling Treatment Mask round out the menu, and Extra Care time can be booked for thick, long or tangled hair.

The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 3 PM to 9 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM; it is closed Wednesday and Sunday. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the reserved amount to the card on file, and missed appointments without notice are charged the full service fee.

Curly cuts are done on dry hair, and clients prepare their hair ahead of the visit.
