Price estimates are given after that first conversation. Clients receive a confirmation text 72 hours before the appointment and reply C to confirm. If a client needs to change services, they should tell their hair artist before the appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee, and the fee is based on the services that were booked. Payment is due when services are performed. Cash and Apple Pay are preferred, and major credit cards are accepted with a processing fee. No-shows must pay for the missed appointment and leave a deposit for future bookings, and after two no-shows the salon will not book that client again.
