Extension appointments range from 30 minutes for a mini-fill to 90 minutes for a full set. Natural Express is the quickest full set at 60 minutes. Classic places one extension on each natural lash, Volume layers several lightweight extensions on each lash for density, and Hybrid mixes the two for a textured, wispy finish with added fullness. Refills are timed around how much of the set is left: the salon recommends returning within two to three weeks and asks that at least 40 to 50 percent of the extensions remain. Mini-fills are touch-ups between refills rather than replacements for them.

Clients who prefer no extensions can book a lash lift, which lasts six to eight weeks, or a lash tint, which lasts four to six weeks, or both together in a 90-minute session. Brow lamination holds brow hairs in place for six to eight weeks, brow tint adds color for four to six weeks, and The Ultimate Brow combines lamination, tint and shaping with waxing in 90 minutes. A free 15-minute consultation is available for choosing a lash style. The salon asks clients who cannot attend to notify it as soon as possible to reschedule, as a 50 percent cancellation fee applies.
