The practice focuses on extensions. Each look is customized to the client's starting point and the result they want, rather than installed straight from a pack of hair. The aim is an undetectable blend, with extensions tucked within the natural hair. Invisible Bead Extensions are the method currently specialized in, and the appointments can run for several hours.
New clients start with an extension inquiry form, then a complimentary phone consultation. In-person consultations cover hair goals, hair health, the texture of the extensions, maintenance and pricing. Pricing depends on the starting point and the look wanted, and some transformations are done over more than one session.
Every extension service includes the hair, custom colouring, installation, a haircut shaped to blend the extensions into the client's own hair, and education on caring for them. The site describes the experience as personalized and one-on-one, and care products for extensions can be bought directly from the stylist.
Each extension look is customized, with the goal of an undetectable blend within natural hair.
