Gel-X extensions come in short, medium and long lengths on the Aprés Gel-X system, and each one begins with cuticle and nail plate prep. The business notes that Gel-X can last more than three weeks with good aftercare. Returning clients can add a soak-off to an extension appointment, while new clients book gel polish removal together with their service.

A booking is secured with a deposit, which is taken off the service price and ranges from $5 to $15 depending on the service; the long Gel-X extension carries a $15 deposit. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours ahead keep the deposit for a future appointment. Later cancellations forfeit the deposit and carry a fee of half the service price. Clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early, and arriving more than ten minutes late may mean rescheduling with the full fee still due. Clients who would rather not chat can request a silent appointment at no charge.

The studio is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 9 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and it is closed on Sundays. Gift cards are available in amounts of $50, $75, $100 or $200, or in a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
