Booking requires a $20 nonrefundable deposit, which goes toward the full price of the service. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or by Zelle, and Zelle details are sent by direct message after booking. Cancellations and rescheduling are handled through the Booksy app. An appointment is canceled if the deposit has not been paid, and arriving 15 minutes late cancels the appointment and forfeits the deposit.

The salon does not work over nails done elsewhere, so clients with other work need to book a soak off first.
