The facility is built around a sauna and soaking circuit. The Juvenex Jade Journey is a four-phase route through saunas, a steam sauna, a cold shower and soaking tubs. Other amenities include a Jade Igloo Sauna built from semi-precious stones, a Diamond Herbal Glass Steam Room, a Baked-Clay Detoxification Sauna, Japanese-style soaking ponds and a VIP Jade Treatment Room for couples.

Floors are separated by gender and time. The 5th floor is ladies-only from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, and the 4th floor is co-ed around the clock. Bathing suits are required during co-ed hours, and disposable spa wear is provided or guests can bring their own. Nudity is not permitted in co-ed areas. Tantric or sensual massage is not offered.

The menu runs from single treatments to full-day programs. Made to Order packages start with an assessment by an aesthetician on arrival, then build a half or full day from services of the guest's choice, with optional spa lunch and a gift bag on the Premium versions. Couples can book romantic getaways that include a private soaking tub in the Celebrity Room, seasonal fruit and complimentary beverages.

The spa also hosts group events such as bridal showers, birthday parties and small after-work gatherings. Groups of 10 or more receive one free service for an extra individual. The spa says its Gyno Spa Cure was the first of its kind offered in the U.S.

Treatments combine massage, facials, body wraps and hydrotherapy with time in the sauna circuit, and packages are shaped around the guest's choice of services.
