Haircut services cover standard, short and long cuts. A standard cut is done with clippers and scissors for hair that does not fall below the ears, and includes facial hair grooming and a choice of a Malin + Goetz Detox Face Mask or a Shu Uemura Scalp and Hair Treatment. A long cut for classic bob length or longer includes a blow-dry and style and the same treatment choice. Short and very short clipper cuts are booked separately and must be approved by management.

Color work begins with a complimentary color consultation, which is required for every color booking except men's grey blending. The Brazilian Blowout is a smoothing treatment rather than a relaxer, meant to help manage curl and frizz, and it is offered in a standard version and a long-hair version. Gift cards can be bought on the website, where balances can also be checked.
