The Signature Press menu has several versions: a standard press, a longer-hair press for hair below the shoulder blades, and Hydration, Purity and Strength presses matched to different hair concerns. Children aged 6 to 10 can book a child's press, and a mother and daughter can book together. Each press includes shampoo and flat ironing, and the Hydration, Purity and Strength options add specific treatments. A mother's hair falling below the shoulder blades adds a charge to the mother and daughter service. Prices may vary with product usage and complexity.

Installs cover sew-ins with a leave-out, lace closures, and frontals, plus cleansing for extensions and closures and removal with a press. Quickweaves, with or without closures or frontals, are also offered. Sew + Hair packages are all-inclusive and come with three bundles in 16, 18 or 20 inch lengths. Longer lengths of 22, 24 and 26 inch are pre-order only, need at least two weeks for the hair to arrive, and are not kept in stock. Custom color for these packages must be requested at booking and no later than 10 days before the appointment.

Color services include a basic color that requires a consultation first, and a black hair dye service that does not. An extension take-down with color removes a sew-in and colors natural hair in brown, black or darker reds; it is not offered for highlights or ombre. Coloring with full sews, lace closures, frontals or quickweaves requires hair to be dropped off seven business days ahead. Gift cards and memberships are sold, with codes emailed on the chosen day.

At the Tacoma location, a 35% non-refundable retainer is due at booking. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows carry a $75 fee and forfeit the retainer. One reschedule is allowed with at least 72 hours' notice, clients are asked to come alone, and arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment. Street parking is free.
