New clients contact the business by Instagram DM or text before booking and describe the service and art style they want. Appointments for the following month open during the first week of each month. New clients pay a 50% deposit for their first appointment only, which is non-refundable if they cancel within 24 hours or do not show, and a missed first appointment is charged the remaining half of the total. A credit card is required to book, but payment is taken in the salon after the service. Clients who neither cancel online nor text at least 48 hours ahead are charged the full booked amount. Text is the preferred way to reach the studio, especially to say you are running late.

Services are grouped by the time needed for art, so a simple design takes 15 minutes and very intricate custom work requires contacting the business first. Extensions use the Apres Nails soft gel system, which can be soaked off or lasts up to four to five weeks with minimal filling. Hard gel overlays add strength over natural nails without adding length, and hard gel fills are offered for clients who have previously booked a hard gel service with the studio. The hard gel manicure service is not currently accepting new clients. Removals of gel applied by the studio include a cuticle trim, buffing and a homemade cuticle oil finish. Acrylic, dip and hard gel from other artists are not removed, so those clients should arrive with bare nails.

Each design is built around the client, with custom art and vegan, cruelty-free products used throughout.
