A visit starts with a consultation so the stylist can review your natural lashes before any work begins. Services take place in private rooms. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early with no eye makeup or heavy eye and face creams. A full set usually takes about 90 to 150 minutes and a fill about 45 to 90 minutes. Afterward you receive post-care instructions, and new lashes need to stay dry for the first 5 hours.

The salon offers classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume extensions, made with faux mink lashes applied with a hypoallergenic adhesive. It also provides corrective extension work, removal, and gentler options for sensitive eyes. Fills are offered both for the salon's own extensions and for extensions applied by another salon. The salon states that its custom styling protects natural lashes and that its studio keeps strict safety and sanitation standards.

Regular fills are suggested about every two weeks, depending on your natural shedding cycle, lifestyle and aftercare. If filling over existing extensions would not be safe or attractive, a removal and new set may be recommended instead. First-time clients pay a deposit that goes toward the service cost. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice forfeits the deposit, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full service price. There are no memberships or contracts. Prices may change at any time. The salon accepts major credit cards and cash, and it is open Monday through Saturday, 9:30am to 6pm.

Regular fills are scheduled around each client's shedding cycle, lifestyle and aftercare, and clients are consulted before any service begins.
