Booking terms are strict. Each guest's appointment time is reserved only for them, and children and additional guests who are not receiving services are not allowed in the salon. Appointments can be rescheduled once online with at least 24 hours' notice, and reservation fees can move to the new date when proper notice is given. Cancelling less than 24 hours ahead forfeits the reservation fee, and a missed appointment without notice is charged the full reserved amount. Guests more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook. Completed services, reservation fees, and custom hair orders are not refundable, and custom orders must be paid in full before ordering. Concerns about a service should be raised within 7 days so the salon can review them.
