The salon takes a customer-oriented approach, with the aim of clients getting the results they want from their treatments. Clients are encouraged to ask their stylist questions or raise concerns, since the salon considers open communication necessary for a good outcome. New and existing clients can book complimentary consultations, and clients can also book a free color consultation by phone. Consultations are required before hair extension appointments, CombLine appointments and color correction. The salon states that its stylists keep up with current trends and techniques, and that each member of its bridal team is a licensed cosmetologist. Stylists work on a commission-based structure.

Pricing for coloring, haircutting and finish services depends on the stylist, hair thickness and length, and hair condition, so quoted prices are starting prices. Hairstyling prices are approximate until the stylist has seen and felt the hair and planned from inspiration photos. Bridal and children's formal styling, as well as makeup application and children's basic makeup, are priced on request. Clients can share their budget at booking or with their stylist before services begin. Color correction is priced at $100 or more per hour. Credit card payments carry a 3% surcharge, while debit card and cash payments do not; tips cannot be added on credit cards, and an ATM is located in the plaza. Gift certificates are accepted.

To hold an appointment, a valid credit card must be given to reception by phone within 30 minutes of booking. If card details are not received 48 hours before the appointment, the slot may be offered to clients on the waiting list. Confirmations are sent by text or email 48 hours ahead. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice carry a 50% fee, no-shows are charged the full scheduled cost, and clients who no-show twice cannot book future services. Consultations canceled, rescheduled late or missed incur a $25 flat fee. New and existing client forms must be signed before the first visit and updated each year.

Clients unhappy with a result can email within five days of their appointment to ask for a correction at no charge, and a manager replies within 24 to 48 hours. Concerns raised after five days are looked at individually. Services are not refunded, but touch-ups and adjustments are made when needed. Salon products bought from the salon can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days if at least two-thirds of the product remains; special orders cannot be returned. Hours are Monday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Friday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the salon closed Sundays. Applications are accepted for stylists, assistants, makeup artists, lash specialists, management and front desk support. Stylist applicants should hold a valid New Jersey Cosmetology Permit or License; this does not apply to front desk and management roles.
