Parents or guardians cannot sit in during the service, and no extra guests are allowed inside. The business texts parents about 20 minutes before a child's styling is finished so they can arrive for pickup.
Clients are asked to arrive with hair already washed, blow-dried and fully detangled. If that is not done, a $35 wash and blow-dry fee is added to the total. Appointment confirmation is requested the day before. Weekend appointments and evening appointments after 6 PM are booked by call or text only.
Deposits are non-refundable unless the business cancels. Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours ahead, and only one reschedule is allowed per month. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late are charged a $25 late fee, and arrivals 20 minutes late are treated as a no-show, with the appointment canceled and no further booking with the business.
