Character and fandom designs are a specific part of the menu, offered on four to six fingers or all ten, with a smaller character add-on for a few fingers that cannot be booked on its own. Younger clients can book gel fingers or toes with sequins, glitter and simple art, or a kids Luminary with simple art. For Freestyle Gel X, the client chooses a design from the business's Instagram freestyle highlight.
Nail art classes are available for people who want to learn the work themselves. The business also handles some repair: a short nail fix for built-out length and nail art, and removal of nails the business previously did. Removal does not cover product applied by another salon.
Bookings are taken on set days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 4 PM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM. The business is closed Thursday and Sunday. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead, and no-shows, are charged the full service price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts of $70, $75, $120 and $130, or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
