A first visit usually starts with a one-on-one, in-person wellness consultation to review health history, concerns and goals and to talk through what might help. Treatments are not normally performed at that visit unless they were discussed beforehand, and there is no obligation to go ahead afterward. Consultations most often run 45 to 60 minutes. Before booking, prospective clients can take a complimentary 15-minute discovery call with the clinical team. Clients who are unsure which treatment suits them can also ask for a complimentary consultation. If blood work was done in the past two months, clients are asked to bring those results to the appointment.

Juno Wellness runs its own clinical lab on site. Full blood work can be drawn at the clinic or sent out to LabCorp. Available panels cover general wellness, hormones and thyroid, key vitamins, allergies and sensitivities, and digestive health. A clinical provider goes over the results with the patient, typically within a few days. Some tests require fasting beforehand. Bio-identical hormone preparations are compounded in the clinic's in-house pharmacy. The testing is intended to inform wellness decisions, not to take the place of a medical diagnosis or treatment.

Pricing varies with the level of support a client needs, and the clinic notes that final prices are reviewed during the visit. Memberships called GLOW, RADIANCE and LUMIERE bundle IV or facial treatments, B12 or glutathione injections and a percentage off additional services, with a three-month minimum commitment before moving to month-to-month. Most insurance plans are accepted for wellness and nutrition consultations, and FSA and HSA funds can be used for eligible services depending on medical necessity and plan.

Takes a personalized, clinician-led approach, building each plan around a client's goals and what the consultation and blood work show. Treatment is not always part of the plan.
