Brow appointments include shaping, trimming, waxing and tweezing, with an optional fill-in. A tint option darkens the brow hairs for a fuller look that stays natural-looking, though the tint can stain the skin for about a week. A customized hybrid dye is also offered to enhance and define the brows.

Waxing ranges from small areas such as the upper lip, ears and underarms to full leg, full back and full arm. Full leg is a dual wax using soft and hard wax, and it includes the feet. Brazilian services are separated by timing: a new client Brazilian and a maintenance Brazilian, which applies to clients who were last waxed within six weeks. The after-wax vajacial adds steam, warm towels, extractions as needed, high frequency, a hydro jelly mask and a hydrating serum, and is meant to soothe skin and address ingrown hairs. A jelly mask can also be added to a Brazilian to help calm skin after waxing.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit per service, with the remaining balance paid at checkout. Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and debit or credit card, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings in the $50 to $4,000 range with approval before the appointment. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and same-day rescheduling isn't allowed. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have the appointment canceled with the deposit forfeited. Hair should be at least a quarter inch long, about three weeks of growth, for best results. Clients taking antibiotics or Accutane cannot be waxed, including brow waxing, and those on skin-thinning acne medications should message the studio before booking.
