Maintenance is organized around timing. Gel X fills are done every two to three weeks, builder gel overlay fills every one to three weeks, and rebalances for both Gel X and builder gel overlays every four to five weeks. If more than five weeks pass between fills or rebalances, the salon requires a soak off and a new set.
Other services include gel polish manicures, dry pedicures, and removal and soak off services, which are offered in three options. Appointments are booked online through Glossgenius, with a $15 non-refundable deposit that goes toward the total. The balance can be paid in cash, by Zelle, Apple Pay or Cash App, or by card on file with a 2.5 percent fee.
Gift cards are sold in amounts of $15, $25, $40, $75, or a custom value, and gift card sales are final. The salon's website includes a portfolio of its work and a contact form for questions. Questions are also taken through Instagram direct messages.
