JuicyRock Dyes is run independently by a single stylist, so clients work directly with the person doing their hair. The studio describes its work as a mix of cuts, colors and textures, with a bold, creative and modern direction aimed at hairstyles that feel distinctive to each client.

A visit usually starts with talking through hair goals. Stylist and client shape the look together at the chair, and the studio wants that space to feel comfortable for every client. The free 15-minute in-person color consultation covers goals and options. For lightening or unpredictable hair, the $30 Test Strand Consultation uses a small strand to show how hair will lift, how healthy it is and what can safely be done. Dealers Choice is a creative service where the stylist leads within agreed boundaries, can combine color and cut or be color only, requires a consultation, and is accepted at the stylist's discretion; photo and video are taken during these sessions.

Color appointments must be booked at least 24 hours ahead. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book and goes toward the total. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours notice, and shorter notice carries a fee. No-call, no-show clients are charged the full scheduled service before they can book again. All services are non-refundable, and any concern about a service should be raised within 24 hours so adjustments can be discussed.
