The studio states that its goal is to protect the health and integrity of clients' hair while producing results clients feel comfortable wearing. Every appointment starts with a consultation to assess the hair and plan the service. For haircuts and color, that consultation includes a strand test, a hair porosity check and a plan for the look the client wants. New extension clients have a separate invisible weft consultation, which carries a $25 deposit.
Beyond extensions, the studio offers customized color, including all-over color, root touch-ups, partial and full highlights, partial balayage, bleach blonde and color correction. Haircuts are priced by length, from bang or neck trims through short, medium and long cuts, and blowouts are available on their own or in a four-blowout package. Wedding hair can be booked for a longer appointment with a deposit.
The studio welcomes all hair textures, identities and backgrounds. Booking requires a valid card on file. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, later cancellations are charged 25% of the service, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten, reschedule or cancel the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or custom amounts and are final once sold.
The studio aims to protect hair health while delivering results clients feel good wearing, and it begins each visit with a consultation.
