Braiding is the core of the menu. Children are served in separate age groups, from ages 4 to 8 on natural hair up to ages 9 to 13, and there are separate options for adult box braids and knotless braids, men's cornrows and design braids, and cornrow-style crochet. Adult box and knotless braids are done on hair the client has already washed and detangled, and the client buys the hair shown in the photos.
Extension work covers sew-ins with a leave-out or natural sew-in, lace closure and frontal sew-ins, and leave-out or closure bond-ins, where the extension is bonded to a stocking cap. Closures and frontals are pre-plucked and bleached before they go in. Wig services include installing a frontal or closure wig and making a custom wig from scratch, though the client supplies the hair for a custom wig.
Chemical and color services include a no-lye relaxer and permanent color application, each with shampoo and conditioning included. Straightening and blow-out appointments include a deep conditioner, a trim if needed, glaze penetration and a chosen style.
Booking requires a $30 deposit, paid after booking. The appointment is not set until the deposit is received, and the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Same-day cancellations are not accepted, and no refunds are given. Clients are asked to share any allergies or medical issues before service, and cash and Zelle are accepted.
