Extensions are synthetic silk strands attached one at a time to natural lashes with adhesive, placed about 1mm from the lid without touching the skin. Each set is shaped around the client: lash thickness, length and color are chosen after talking through expectations and lifestyle.

Services are grouped into classic, hybrid and volume options. Classic places one single extension on each natural lash, volume fans three to seven lighter lashes onto each natural lash, and hybrid mixes single and fanned lashes in one set. The Hybrid Full Set combines classic and volume techniques. A Fun Set partial set is available at $99.

Booking is done through the studio's online booking page or by phone at (253) 273-8919. Late night and early morning appointments are booked by text or call. The booking page lists Sunday 10 AM to 3 PM, Monday 6 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday closed, Wednesday 1 PM to 5 PM, Thursday 6 AM to 6 PM, Friday 5 PM to 9 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 8 PM; the main site asks clients to check the appointment calendar for the most current schedule. New clients pay a one-time $10 charge added to their fill price.

Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. A missed cancellation window results in the card on file being charged half the service price, and the studio has a no-refund policy.

Each set is customized to the client, with lash thickness, length and color chosen after discussing expectations and lifestyle.
