Eyelash extensions are applied one lash at a time with a specialty glue and usually take about 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the set. Before an application, clients are asked to remove eye makeup, lotion, and cream. Extensions are waterproof and can last up to about a month, averaging around three weeks. Styles range from natural to Natural Set, Volume, Full Volume and Russian, with Russian described as the heaviest option. Bottom extensions add length to the lower lashes, and a glue formulated for sensitive skin and eyes is available.

Eyebrow services include microblading, which uses a blade dragged across the brow to draw single hair-like strokes rather than a needle tattooing instrument. Eyebrow shading is a stippling technique, with the blade pressed into the brow for a fuller look. A topical anesthetic cream is applied to the brow area during both. Microblading ink is semi-permanent, and most clients return for a touch-up between 9 months and 1.5 years later. The studio also offers Nano Stroke Brow Perfection, a hair-stroke technique for shaping and filling, and eyebrow lamination, which lifts, smooths and shapes natural brows.

The studio offers free eyelash sets for chemotherapy patients, using a non-toxic glue. It also runs an exclusive lash and brow class covering extensions, lifts and brow lamination, and graduates are certified by JT Lash Studio. One-on-one extension training is available as well.

Cancellations or rescheduling need 24 hours' notice. A $45 fee applies to cancellations with less notice and to no-shows. Two reschedules per month are free, and each additional one is $10. Requests for early or late sessions outside standard hours carry a $35 extended-hour fee. Prices may vary with rescheduling, promotions or events. Clients under 18 need parental consent for eyelash extensions.
