The menu is organized into threading, lash extensions, lash lift and tint, waxing, bridal hair and makeup, and henna tattoo. Lash extensions come as classic, hybrid or volume sets, and the fullness can be tailored to what the client prefers, with refill options available. Bridal hair and makeup is planned around the client's features, outfit and the event itself.

Appointments are encouraged, and walk-ins are welcome when the schedule has room. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Sunday from 11 AM to 6 PM, and is closed on Mondays. Clients are asked to share any allergies, sensitivities, medications or skin conditions before treatment. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Late arrivals may have the service shortened or be moved, so the appointments that follow are not held up. Completed services cannot be refunded, so clients should mention anything that needs attention before they leave.
