The salon describes itself as one of the best massage spas in Las Vegas, and its specials page says it was voted Best Massage in Las Vegas.

The massage menu is the core of the business. Swedish, deep tissue and hot stone massages are each offered in 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions. Joy Signature massage combines organic oil with hot stone, and reflexology is also available in the same session lengths. The spa also offers Asian massage styles, including Chinese, Thai, Japanese and Korean modalities, as well as couples massage in side-by-side treatment rooms and aromatherapy massage built on essential oils.

Beyond massage, guests can add foot soaking in bubble, sea salt, milk, flower petal or Chinese herb options, foot cupping, and a range of add-ons such as fire cupping, air cupping, moxibustion, CBD, ear treatments, mud jiu, and hand or foot masks. Foot and body combination packages pair foot work with a body treatment, including a lymphatic detox, a detox with back scrub, and an essential oil option with fire cupping and back exfoliation.

Facials are offered by appointment only and range from a mini facial and a basic facial to a Joy Signature facial, an anti-aging facial and a diamond treatment. Facial add-ons include a collagen eye treatment and a lip treatment. Waxing covers the face, underarms, legs, arms, back, chest, stomach and bikini line, with full body waxing starting at $249.

Regular guests can join basic or VIP membership plans, which include exclusive specials and points toward free massages. Lady's Day discounts run on Mondays and Seniors Day discounts on Tuesdays, and gift cards are available.
