The menu covers most nail needs under one roof. Natural nail services include traditional and gel manicures, a kid manicure and the Joy Signature Pedicure. Artificial nails come as full sets and fills in acrylic, acrylic with gel shellac, dipping powder, pink and white powder, and two-color ombre. Polish changes are offered on fingers and toes in regular polish or gel, shellac or no-chip. Extras such as French tips, hand design, nail repair, length and shape changes, and removal of gel, dip or acrylic can be added to most nail services.

Pedicures are the centerpiece of the spa menu. The Spa Pedicure, Deluxe Pedicure and 24K Gold Luxury Pedicure each build on the last with added steps such as exfoliation, masks and massage, and each can be upgraded to gel polish. Several add-ons are available for hands and feet, including paraffin, callus treatment and hot stone massage. Waxing covers eyebrows, chin, upper lip and the whole face, with eyebrow tinting also available. Individual eyelash extensions are offered as well.

Children under 10 have their own Prince and Princess menu, with manicures, pedicures and a hot stone deluxe option, and gel polish can be added to these services.

Sanitation runs through every service here. Implements are sterilized to a medical standard and disinfected between clients, disposable buffers and files are discarded after a single use, and each pedicure is performed with a liner in place.
