Facials here draw on hydrodermabrasion, diamond resurfacing, microcurrent and chemical peels. Visits range from a 35-minute lunchtime HydroDerm session to a 90-minute robed treatment on a heated table that combines lymphatic massage, resurfacing, serum infusion and an LED or microcurrent finish. Custom Spa Facial is a European-style facial with a double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions, a custom mask and facial, neck and shoulder massage. Gentleman's Custom Facial is built for men and includes beard conditioning.

Add-ons can be layered onto a facial, including aromatherapy with essential oils, ice globes, a brow wax, a scalp massage and a massage extension covering the face, neck, shoulders and décolleté. Packages and series are available for ongoing work, such as a four-session customized peel series, a four-visit dermaplaning maintenance package and a three-session Nano Infusion series.

The Joy Beauty Skin Club is a membership at $100 per month, with a $50 deposit at checkout for new clients, that includes one facial every four weeks. Unused visits roll over for up to six months, and members can use a birthday-month credit of up to $200 toward other treatments. Members pay reduced VIP prices on several facials, peels and Nano Infusion. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Booking requires a valid card and a deposit, which is applied to the service total. Deposits are non-refundable, though one transfer is allowed if an appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Arriving more than 15 minutes late can lead to cancellation with the deposit forfeited, and late arrivals may receive a shortened service. Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be asked to pay in full before booking again.

The studio pairs clinical-style skin treatments with a luxury experience, using treatments that are tailored to each client's skin and tolerance.
