Jova Beauty works with lash extensions as its main service, with refills and add-ons for existing clients and brow services alongside. Lash extensions are offered as full sets in four styles, from a classic set with one lash applied at a time for a natural look, to a hybrid set with a little more fullness, a volume set using premade fans placed on each natural lash, and a MegaVol set for a very full look with a darker lash line.

Clients who are new to extensions, or who have had reactions or allergies in the past, can start with a 15-minute patch test. It places a few classic lashes on both eyes and requires a $25 deposit. If a full set is booked within 30 days, that deposit goes toward the set.

Appointments run in set time blocks. Full sets take about 105 minutes, refills and add-ons take at least 30 minutes, and brow services take at least 25 minutes. A facial and lashes special is listed at $175 and takes 10 minutes. Booking is done online through Glossgenius, and Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.

The studio is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Monday, Thursday and Saturday. A charge of 50% of the total scheduled service price applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Payments are accepted.

Services are organised by lash style, moving from one-by-one application for a natural look to fuller volume fans, with a patch test available for clients with past reactions or allergies.
