Members are placed in the program that suits their fitness level and goals, and training is scaled to each person. Training covers both strength and cardiovascular fitness. The stated mission is to change lives through the training process, guided by discipline, integrity and genuine relationships with members. The vision is an accountable, connected community working toward great health together.
Group training is built on strength work in classes of about five to ten members, and coaches adjust movements for anyone dealing with pain or limitations. The first group workout is free. Personal training starts with a free consultation, and semi-private sessions are also available.
The Athlete Program is for athletes aged 8 to 17 in any sport and is coed. It runs in blocks, starting with a fall block and followed by an eight-week block. Each 60-minute session covers strength, speed and agility, power and mobility. Packages are paid in full and are non-refundable, and sessions work as a punch card for the whole block without rolling over. Siblings in the same household can use one another's sessions within the block.
Nutrition coaching begins with Foundations, a three-month program of nine 30-minute one-on-one sessions covering macronutrients, alcohol, micronutrients and hydration. Foundations includes four nutrition e-books, meal and snack recipes, and a supplement and hydration guide. Growth is a three-month program that follows Foundations.
Men's gatherings take place on the first Saturday of each month from 6:30am to 8am and are open to men at any fitness level. They combine a group workout of about 30 to 40 minutes with small-group discussion. The gym also hosts barbecues, potlucks, pool parties and holiday parties for members. Partner providers listed on the website offer physical therapy, sports massage, hair services and a body scan, all by appointment.
Each member is placed in the program that best fits their fitness level and goals, with training scaled to individual needs across both strength and cardiovascular fitness.
