Services are by appointment only, booked by phone between 8:00am and 8:00pm, including weekends. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and a missed appointment carries a fee of half the booked service. Clients are asked to arrive early, and a late arrival receives the remaining time, used as fully as possible. Personal belongings remain the client's responsibility, and anyone under eighteen needs a parent or guardian in the office. Conversation during a massage is the client's choice and stays confidential, and the business states that any sexual interaction or request between a client and a therapist is not permitted and is reported to authorities.
