New clients start with a 90-minute visit that includes a consultation, skin analysis and a customized facial, and they receive a complimentary sample pack chosen for their skin needs. The consultation is used to choose the products and services that suit each client's skin. Chemical peels are not done on a first visit, so the New Client service comes first. Established clients who need upkeep can book a 60-minute maintenance service covering skin analysis, double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions, a treatment mask, moisturizer, and massage of the neck, decollete, hands and arms, with sunscreen included for daytime appointments. Add-ons take about 15 to 20 minutes more.

The peel menu includes a Back Chemical Peel for hyperpigmentation and backne, a VI Peel for post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, melasma and sun spots, a No Downtime Peel for clients who cannot take time off for a deeper peel, and a three-peel package that is booked by contacting the business after purchase. Clients using prescribed topical or oral products such as Tretinoin or Accutane need a dermatologist's medical note, and peels are not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher is required after peels.
