The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 8:30AM to 7:00PM and Saturday from 8:30AM to 6:00PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Bookings are made through the salon's page on the GlossGenius booking platform, where gift cards are also available.

Color is a central part of the menu, from single and double process color and highlights to glazes and color correction. Color consultations are free. Extensions are offered with installation, removal and maintenance, and the salon also handles blowouts, updos, braiding, a Brazilian blowout and treatments such as Olaplex and K-18. Makeup application is available with pre-booking only.
