The menu is built around color. Full and maintenance options cover lived-in color, blonding foil and root work, and every color package includes a complimentary haircut and a treatment adjusted to the hair's needs. Layered cuts are a specialty, and a standalone haircut with style is also available.

Booking is done online through the business website, and a card must be kept on file when booking. Clients can reschedule or cancel without a fee with more than 48 hours' notice. Shorter notice incurs half the service fee, and cancelling within 24 hours or a no-call, no-show incurs the full fee. Clients more than 20 minutes late may find the full service is no longer possible and may need to rebook, with a charge of half the service price.

Hair care products are available, with returns accepted within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. Sale items are non-refundable, and the client covers local delivery costs for returns. Return requests are arranged through Instagram or by email.

The studio is a single-stylist space where the owner handles each appointment, aiming for a more personal and relaxed visit than a larger salon.
