The in-person version, which takes about an hour and a half, produces a personal color season, a digital palette, neutral and statement colors, makeup shade suggestions, jewelry metal guidance and clothing tips. Clients can also do the analysis entirely online from photos they submit, receiving a questionnaire and photo instructions after booking and a digital report within five to seven days of the photos arriving.

Color work is planned around a free 30-minute consultation, which can usually be done virtually. It covers goals, pricing, hair history and at-home care, and can include a strand test to show how color or lightening may respond. New clients booking vivid, custom or all over color book that consultation separately, on a different day. Custom color covers vivids, creative placement, balayage, blonding, corrective work and dye removal, and typically runs three to five hours with a quote given at consultation. Pricing and deposits vary by service, and the studio requires a card on file.

Other hair services include haircuts, a maintenance haircut for returning clients, wash and style options, a hair and scalp treatment meant to address hard water, chlorine and product buildup, bang and neck trims, and heat-resistant hair tinsel. The studio also offers an organic perm called Perm Curl Cult for softer waves or curls, along with jellyfish extensions. Clients who want to experiment can book model appointments for custom color, and licensed beauty professionals and students can take the studio's CMYK Color Theory and Haircolor Formulation classes.

Color is planned with a consultation first, using a strand test where a result needs predicting, and the studio teaches its own CMYK color theory to other professionals.
