Every visit begins with a consultation so the team can fit services to a client's lifestyle. Before a haircut, stylists look at hair texture, natural movement, bone structure and daily routine, and each cut ends with a scalp massage, shampoo, custom cut, professional blow-dry and styling advice. Color appointments open with a complimentary consultation covering hair history, skin tone and upkeep goals, and include a scalp massage, hand and arm massage, shampoo and a complimentary makeup retouch. Bellevue is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. Cool Springs is closed Mondays, open Tuesday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. Both locations are closed Sundays. Clients can book online, by phone or by text, and new guests who book online may be eligible for introductory offers.

Hair services go beyond cutting and color. Texture services include relaxers, permanent waves and Brazilian Blowout smoothing, which the salon says keeps hair smooth for up to twelve weeks; stylists use protective home-care products from Aveda, Kérastase and Oribe and tailor a home-care routine to each client's hair. Treatments such as Aveda Botanical Repair, Kérastase, Nutriplenish, Scalp Solutions Pro and hair and scalp treatments can be added to a cut or a Brazilian Blowout. Hair extensions include VoMor hand-tied and tape-in styles, which the salon says are designed to match its Aveda color palette and are ethically sourced. A complimentary extension consultation is offered in the salon or by virtual appointment. Kérastase in-salon treatments are offered at the Bellevue location only.

The skin menu centers on HydraFacial, DMK Skin Revision and customized facials. Deluxe and Platinum HydraFacial treatments are offered as single sessions or in packages of four, six or twelve. The Platinum version starts with lymphatic drainage and finishes with LED light, with a booster chosen for specific skin concerns, and lymphatic therapy and LED light can also be added to a HydraFacial. DMK, a botanical enzyme line, starts with a two-hour intro visit that includes a skin analysis, a first professional enzyme treatment and a 30-day supply of home products, followed by Signature Revision, Muscle Banding and a six-treatment Skin Revision Program. Facials are tailored to each client's goals in 30-minute or 60-minute versions. Other options include dermaplaning, microneedling (the salon recommends a series of three to six treatments), and peels. The Summertime Glow Peel is marketed by the salon for moderate to severe acne or acne scars, and the Perfect Derma Peel is described by the salon as containing glutathione.

Team members begin as assistants working with models, then move up through in-salon classes, outside education and guidance from educators. Team members can also become educators within the company or through Neill Corporation.
