Joly Nail Studio offers manicures and pedicures in two tiers: classic versions and longer Joly Lux spa versions. The Joly Lux manicure includes nail shaping, cuticle care, gentle exfoliation, deep hydration, warm towels, paraffin therapy and a hand massage, finished with polish. The Joly Lux pedicure follows a similar path with a foot soak, callus removal, deep hydration, warm towels, paraffin therapy and a massage.

The studio also offers nail enhancements: full set acrylic, a builder gel overlay that adds strength over natural nails, and Gel-X. French tip is available in five options. Clients who already have gel polish are asked to add Gel Polish Removal to their booking so there is enough time for the service.

For shorter visits, the mini menu includes a Joly Lux mini manicure spa, a classic mini manicure, a classic mini pedicure and a Joly Lux mini pedicure spa. Each mini service requires a $10 deposit. Add-ons such as nail repair, a refreshing mask treatment and lux paraffin therapy can be added to a visit.

Payment and booking happen through the studio's online booking site. Changes or cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with shorter notice are billed at 50% of the booked service. Clients who turn up more than 15 minutes after their start time might be asked to book a new appointment.

The studio can decline a treatment or stop one partway through if the nails or the skin around them look infected, fungal or inflamed, have open wounds, or show other conditions that could affect health or safety. Clients are asked to report any nail conditions before their appointment.
