Appointments are booked online, and haircuts are scheduled in 15-minute slots. Children's hair should be detangled before arrival. Heavy tangles or mats carry a detangling charge based on the time taken, and the service may not be finished if the hair is that tangled. Clients more than five minutes late need to call or reschedule online.
The chair experience is kid-oriented: children can sit in fantasy car chairs and pick a show to watch on TV, and balloons, lollipops and other treats are offered after the haircut. When a parent or client is unsure about a style, they can bring reference photos found online, and the owner will talk through the options with them.
The owner plans to use the business to help sponsor rodeos, with a particular interest in athletes with special needs in the rodeo community.
Haircuts are shaped around children of all abilities, with longer appointment time for those who need it and a relaxed conversation about style before the cut.
