A custom unit starts at $2,500 and the price rises with the level of customization.
A good first step is the Cranial Prosthetic Consultation, a 30-minute private session that can be held virtually or in person. The consultant checks the scalp and crown, recommends either a removable or a semi-permanent topper, and matches hair texture and color. Insurance and payment options are discussed during the session. It suits women with alopecia areata or crown thinning, relaxed hair with intact edges, and a preference for breathable, natural-looking coverage. Clients who are already fitted can book a Crown Confidence Install, a 30-minute or longer appointment for installing or reinstalling a unit.
For general hair work, the studio offers a Completely New Look service in two versions. The version without extensions takes about 3 hours, costs $500, and includes a deep conditioning treatment; it suits a virgin relaxer or virgin haircut, a relaxer and haircut retouch, or a full head of color. The version that may include extensions takes 2 hours or more and starts at $450 for any combination of two premium services. The Brazilian Blowout Express, an extended silk press with trim, takes 2 hours 30 minutes and costs $275. An additional density or length charge may apply and is set before the service begins.
New clients can book a 15-minute New Client Consultation & Makeover for $450 to talk through service options and decide whether the studio is a good fit. Returning clients can use the Established Client Maintenance visit, which lasts 1 hour 30 minutes and costs $200. Ongoing clients may also choose a Stay Ready membership, offered bi-weekly for six months or a year, or weekly for six months.
Appointment changes must be made at least two calendar days ahead to avoid an inconvenience fee, and arriving 15 minutes or more late may also trigger one. The studio's hours vary by day: it is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, is closed on Tuesdays, and most days close at 1:00 pm, with Saturday beginning at 5:00 am.
Every cranial prosthetic is designed to suit the individual client's lifestyle, look, and level of hair loss, with the studio describing its units as medical-grade.
