Jolie Lash House has served Klein and Spring since 2021. It is a licensed salon with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and is located in suite 102 and 109 of the Grand Parkway Marketplace II shopping center at 6603 Spring Stuebner Rd. Parking is available in the shopping center lot.

Full sets usually take about an hour and a half. Wet Look and Korean Lash Lift & Tint take about 1 hour 15 minutes, while Foxy Eyes and Mega Volume take about 1 hour 45 minutes. Refills are priced by interval, with a 2-week and a 3-week option for most styles, and sets done within the past 7 days can receive a one-week refill.

Booking ahead is recommended to secure a preferred technician and time, and open slots are shown on the booking page. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows carry a 50% service fee before future bookings, and accounts with unpaid no-show fees may be restricted from booking. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals; after that the appointment may be canceled and the $25 booking fee forfeited.

The salon does not offer refunds for reactions to lash adhesive, but a patch test consultation can be scheduled on request. It does not refill extensions applied by other salons, though it can remove existing lashes and apply a new set. Lash removal is an additional $10 when booked with a full set.

The salon is open Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Tuesdays through Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Sundays from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

Every appointment begins with a custom design consultation, where clients can get guidance on picking a natural look, textured spikes, soft volume or a bold shape.
