A visit starts with a personalized consultation, which is required for every new patient and lasts about an hour. The consultation looks at facial anatomy, skin health and goals, and no treatment or product is chosen until that is done. A full-face assessment covers proportion, volume, texture, movement and skin health and ends in a coordinated recommendation and a written plan. Consultations are usually with one clinical director, selected by the area of interest, and non-surgical and skin consultations may be with Dr. Burns or Laura Stelk. Visits take place in private treatment suites with one-on-one time with the provider.

Injectables include neuromodulators such as Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra, lip enhancement, facial balancing and under-eye treatments. Skin services include HydraFacial, medical-grade facials, acne treatments, pigment correction, skin health programs and custom skincare, and every facial includes personalized home-care guidance. Regenerative options use the patient's own growth factors or platelet-rich fibrin, including PRP and PRF EZ Gel. Multi-treatment packages combine injectables, skin, laser and regenerative care.

Injectable and treatment plans are quoted as a whole at consultation rather than by syringe or visit, and packages are priced as programs. Most treatments take a $100 deposit, and XERF takes a $500 deposit. Appointments can be moved at no charge if changed at least 48 hours ahead. The practice is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, takes Saturday visits by booking, and is closed on Sundays. Call 214.515.0002 or email info@joladallas.com. For surgery, the consultation gives a complete fee that covers the facility, anesthesia and aftercare follow-up.

Each plan begins with a review of facial anatomy, muscle patterns, bone structure and skin quality, and aims to restore balance and keep natural expression rather than follow trends. The practice runs on precision, restraint, continuity and discretion, and favors long-term skin planning and maintenance over one-off treatments.

The space is private and architectural, with treatment suites set up for one-on-one time with the provider.
